As a small, volunteer-led organization, our historical records were built primarily through hands-on outreach and paper-based documentation. Much of our work has always focused on personal connections with community members who may face barriers accessing digital systems, and our internal processes reflected the same community-based approach. While we have continued improving our recordkeeping, some information from earlier years may be incomplete, particularly following our 2022 building incident and relocation, when many physical records and materials had to be packed, moved, and reorganized.
